We accept payments through local & international credit/debits cards such as VISA & Mastercard.
Cash on Delivery
The cash on delivery option is available with additional AED 10.
Returns & Refunds-
Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from FABIFY. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refund Policy:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note Refund for Cash on Delivery returns will be done by banking customer need to provide their bank account details.
You will receive the credit within a certain 30-45 working number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchange Policy:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@fabifycloset.com or +971-506267576.
Note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
